At a Glance
Karçimsa was established within the Kardemir Karabük Iron and Steel factory premises on May 23, 1996, and started cement production on March 12, 1998. It is a joint venture between Beyçim Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (51%) and Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (49%).
At our Karçimsa Karabük Cement Grinding and Packaging facility, equipped with advanced production methods, we process ground granulated blast furnace slag, a byproduct of Kardemir, and produce and sell CEM III/A 32.5 N and CEM II/B-S 42.5 N type cement and Ground Slag in accordance with TS EN 197-1/2 standards.
Through this production process, Karçimsa significantly contributes to the regional and national economy.
We Offer a Wide Range of Products
In December 2009, Karçimsa Ready-Mix Concrete Plant began operations, serving the Karabük region with a production capacity of 130 cubic meters per hour.
The Karçimsa Ready-Mixed Concrete plant is established on a 734 m² area and continues production with 7 concrete mixers and 2 pumps. In 2013, we opened our second concrete plant in Safranbolu, where we began providing the best service and quality to this region as well.
Our plants produce concrete in various consistencies and aggregate sizes, ranging from C8 to C100, in compliance with TS EN 206-1 standards.
We also offer a wide range of specialized products to meet unique customer and project requirements. Additionally, our recycling units ensure that waste concrete and water are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
